I founded the company in 1990 with the passion to produce wood-scented products. Over the years, I have produced windows, doors, furniture and toys for domestic and foreign customers and participated in the restoration of listed buildings. I made replicas of Gothic windows and doors, one of the first self-supporting staircases in the Republic and collaborated with various architectural offices. After almost a quarter of a century, working with wood still fulfills me. I produce with the knowledge that precise work is what the customer wants, needs and can appreciate.

I make the windows myself with the help of several long-term employees. This is the only way I can ensure and personally guarantee the best care and quality for my clients and their windows. This is me with my daughter Magdalena. My daughter will tell you: "It's sometimes difficult when my father is a carpenter and Netolicky on top of that. But sometimes it has its good sides. When I was little, I often had planers in my hair, on my T-shirt and actually everywhere. Dad he carved a special cradle for me just before I was born...well, I didn't sleep in it, but a lot of children slept in it. He also made a crib for me, and I liked it that way he does it with enthusiasm and love. I often go to the workshops to look at new windows and doors. I've been talking to many of my dad's customers ever since I learned to speak."
